The Annual Meetings collection dates between 1888 and 2020. It spans 19 cubic feet in 12 boxes.

The translated copies of the meetings of the Baptist General Conference were translated by Harry Eriksson, edited by G. David Guston, with an introduction by Norris Magnuson from 1988. These are contained in the first folder. Following folders contain translated meeting minutes, possibly translated by someone else.

The published Annuals are spread by year throughout the collection. These include information such as meeting minutes from the annual meetings, as well as statistics on churches, and pastoral roles. Some of the early Annuals are split into two volumes.

Many of the dated folders contain programs from the events, memoirs of the events, and tourist information. Some years lack material, including the meetings prior to 1907, 1908-1914, 1916-1926, 1928-1932, 1934, 1937-1938, 1940-1941, 1943-1946, 1948-1951, 1954-1960, 1962-1963, 1969, and 1994.

The 1999 Acquisition series dates between 1974 to 1983, containing many planning documents and reports.

The photographs series dates between 1902 and 2000. Many are oversized long photographs of meeting attendees.
