Biographical note
George William Chalmers and Nancy Stein were both born in 1924. They married in 1945 and had four children, Stuart, James, Daniel and Faith. George served in the Navy from 1942 to 1948. George received a Bachelor of Divinity degree from Bethel Seminary in 1954, and later received his Master's from the University of Oregon. They became missionaries in the Philippines in 1957 to 1989, where they served on Cebu, Masbate, and Samar. Nancy died in 2008, and George died in 2009. They were buried in Oregon.
