Eagle Point Baptist Church of Stephen, Minnesota collection, 1892-1992

 Collection
Identifier: MSS-Chu-MN-13

Scope and Contents

The Eagle Point Baptist Church collection spans one box and covers the years from 1892 to 1992.

The majority of this collection is made up of ledgers of meeting minutes, financial information, membership information, the Missions Circle women's group, the Baptist Young People's Union, and the men's Brotherhood group.

Several folders in this collection contain loose documents that were folded into the pages of the ledgers. The contents do not necessarily correspond to the subject of the ledger. For example, the financial ledgers held the Church Covenant, correspondence, bulletins, and statistical reports. Other materials in these various folders include financial information, burial lists, and meeting minutes.

Two anniversary booklets dating to 1967 and 1992 record the history and some photographs from the church.
