Arrangement
The Midwest Baptist Conference collection is organized by the archivist, with donated order retained when possible. The Correspondence series is kept in the order in which it was donated, which is first chronological, then alphabetical by last name of the recipient. The Norstrom series is kept in the order in which Robert Norstrom kept the files. The general Missions folders were kept primarily in the order in which they were donated, with documents with more specific folders removed for those other folders. The Finance series is arranged primarily chronologically. The photograph slides were kept in their donated slide boxes. The loose slides were added to acid free slide boxes during processing; the ones rubber-banded together were kept in that order, and the loose slides were roughly organized by subject.
Physical Characteristics and Technical Requirements
Five 1/4in audio magnetic tapes, one super 8 film reel, and two 16mm film reels are held in this collection. They have not been digitized, and the archives does not have the equipment to play the reels.
