Arrangement
The physical collection's arrangement is primarily based upon the corresponding digital collection's arrangement, alphabetized by subject, and arranged during the first round of processing in 2020. The physical file order differs only in the Chapel - Provost and President Years, where the files are chronological.
The 2023 Acquisition series was organized by the archivist, usually chronologically within folders.

These files were kept in the President's office until they were transferred to the History Center in 2020. Most of the files were transferred digitally, and printed during preliminary processing.
